PCB Reverse Engineering Reproduction Static Flex Board Printed Board
we can reverse engineering printed circuit board allowing customer to have spare parts and support for what was an obsolete circuit board. Not only that we can upgrade the PCB board adding extra features or changing current features, while improving its performance and source currently available parts replacing all obsolete parts with a modern equivalent allowing for easier re-manufacturing and cloning in the future. Furthermore, through years of deeply research over the semiconductor industry we can get access to locked memory of Microcontroller flash and eeprom then extract the program or data out from it in the format of binary or hexiaml, the type of microcontroller include CPLD, PLD, DSP, MCU, AVR etc."

In order to reverse engineer a PCB, technicians start by examining and identifying the various components of the board. Each board will typically have resistors, capacitors, LEDs, a transistor, an inductor and various other features. The task here is to determine how the layout of these features gives the PCB its unique capabilities.
Before disassembly, the reverse-engineering team will photograph the board up close from the front and back to create a record of the board’s composition. Once the notes and images are collected, the engineers begin the process of deconstructing the board.
At YDY, we’re dedicated to producing top-quality PCBs for companies in various industries. We can provide you with almost any kind of PCB you could think of, which helps us meet virtually any of your needs. We can even produce prototype PCBs for times when you need a unique solution for your manufacturing processes. Prototyping PCBs can offer a wide range of benefits for businesses. When you need anything from buried via PCBs to double-sided FR4 circuit boards, we have the answers to your problems.
